Incident Reporting Management System

A school Incident Reporting Management System is to know about any event or mishap which may result in injury to a person, damage to or loss of property, online abuse or misuse etc. The Incident must be reported within 24 hours in the given performa. The reported incident will forward to the concerned authority of the school and there will be an enquiry on the reported matter and action will be taken according to the degree of seriousness of the issue.
